Powderhall is a community of 335 modern apartments and townhouses in Edinburgh Scotland, set alongside green spaces by the Water of Leith. We are within walking distance to both the historical Edinburgh City Centre and the Port of Leith. Our remit covers Powderhall Road, Powderhall Brae and Powderhall Rigg with formal oversight by the Powderhall Village Owners Association (PVOA) Committee for the purpose to maintain and improve the lives of Powderhall Residents.
